Selin Pehlivan, Esq., LL.M.

Selin Pehlivan is admitted to practice as an Attorney at Law in Istanbul and New York State Bars, Trademark Attorney in Turkey, Legal Expert before Istanbul Courts for copyright and trademark disputes, and Mediator in the Mediation Department of General Directorate of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Justice, Turkey and WIPO List of Neutrals.

Selin’s practice focuses on a wide range of transactional and advisory matters with respect to Technology, Media and Telecommunications Law, Intellectual Property Law, Data Protection Law, Commercial Law, and Labour Law.

Selin is currently enrolled in Istanbul Bilgi University Ph.D. Program in Private Law while effectively conducting her professional career and providing the best service to the clients. Moreover, she is a graduate of Istanbul Bilgi University, Business Law LL.M. Program; and The George Washington University Law School, Intellectual Property LL.M. Program. Selin also attended to the lectures of reputable law schools such as Cambridge University and LSE while studying her law degree at Koç University.
